Len Sealy (until 2020)
Len Sealy MA, LLM, PhD, Barrister and Solicitor (NZ) was the co-founder of the title that bears his name, and formerly the SJ Berwin Professor Emeritus of Corporate Law at the University of Cambridge. He was an eminent commentator on company, corporate insolvency and commercial law who contributed substantial copy until the 22nd edition and thereafter was an invaluable source of profound insights and ideas until his death in 2020.
