EU Customer Notice: Delivery and Customs Changes
As the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union, we need more information from our business customers when delivering goods into the EU to avoid delays at customs.
It is now a requirement that most businesses in the EU purchasing goods from the UK provide both a valid VAT and EORI number to help your goods clear customs. Please note that you may still be required to pay local taxes direct to the courier prior to delivery.
If you are a business based in the EU we ask that you now provide your organisation's EORI and VAT numbers to us when placing an order. If you have any queries about this then please fill out our contact form here and one of our Customer Services team will be happy to help.
If you are not ordering on behalf of a business or an organisation that has a EORI or VAT number, then please see here for more information about delivery, customs and duty charges that may be applicable.
