About the Author
Frances Meenan is a Senior Counsel at the Bar of Ireland and has also been called to the Bar of Northern Ireland. She practises in the area of employment law. She has published extensively in the area of employment and industrial relations law. Her previous publications include Employment Law, 1st edn (Round Hall, 2014) and First Supplement to the First Edition (2015); Working within the Law, 1st edn (Oak Tree Press, 1994) and 2nd edn (1999) and many articles published in various legal journals. A graduate of UCD B.Comm., M.B.S., Dip. Arb., the Law Society of Ireland and the King's Inns; she is also an accredited mediator (CEDR).
