Aims and Scope

The journal is committed to covering all developments that are of relevance for private competition enforcement, across the globe. It aims to cover legislative and policy developments as well as relevant case law of the national courts. This includes developments in general civil law/procedure that are, or will be, of relevance for private antitrust litigation.

Contributor Information

The Global Competition Litigation Review is a refereed journal for which the Publishing Editor welcomes contributions, which can be submitted in one of the following formats:

• as a short opinion;
• a case analysis or comment on a legislation; or
• articles of ideally between 5,000-10,000 words, although shorter or longer contributions may be considered.

For those who may not have published before, our editorial team is on hand to answer your questions, and we stand ready to discuss contributors’ ideas for articles at an early stage.
