European Commercial Cases (ECC) reports judgments of the national European courts in specific areas of commercial and business law.

• The judgments reported are selected for their relevance to commercial dealings primarily within the European Community, but also western Europe as a whole
• Covers competition, law on information exchange, professional negligence, product liability, agency and distribution

Judgments are reported in English with headnotes.

ECC directly complements Common Market Law Reports and Common Market Anti-Trust Reports by adding coverage of national cases to their reporting of judgments and decisions from the European Courts and institutions.  ECC is published six times per year.
