Recent key cases are included with expert commentary, such as Tickle v The BBC, Laidley v Metropolitan Housing Trust Ltd, Google LLC v Robertson, Bellway Homes Ltd v Occupiers of Samuel Garside House, Chief Constable of Sussex Police v XGY and R (Ayinde) v Haringey LBC.
