Prepare, edit, and print complex, personalised wills ready for signature — in just one client visit
Express Wills takes the hard work out of drafting wills with a simple question-and-answer format backed up by a bank of nearly 1,000 precedents. After completing a set of simple questions, the interactive system combines your answers with the right precedents to produce a will. You can then add unique practice details, additional clauses, standards, and commentary if necessary.
Automatically produce a clear and concise commentary on each will you have drafted
The software automatically generates a precise, clear commentary for each will that you draft. This commentary serves as a helpful overview presented to the client for signature, explaining the roles of executors, guardians, and administrative provisions and advising them on essential matters they expect you to discuss.
Manage your budget effectively with our cost-effective, pay-as-you-go option
When you finalise a will, you'll use either one unit for a standard will or two units for a will incorporating Kessler's Will Trusts Precedents. The highly economical, usage-based system uses a unit each time you draft a new will. This method means that the cost of Express Wills relates directly to the number of wills you undertake, and you can charge your costs back to your client.
