We only use sustainably sourced FSC-accredited paper in our printed products. This means our products use paper that comes with the assurance that it is made with, or contains, forest-based materials from FSC-certified forests or reclaimed sources.
FSC forest management certification confirms that the forest is being managed in such a way that it preserves biological diversity and benefits the lives of local people and the workers who rely on it, while ensuring it sustains economic viability. FSC-certified forests are managed to strict environmental, social and economic standards. There are ten principles that any forest operation must adhere to before it can receive FSC forest management certification. These principles cover a broad range of issues, from adhering and maintaining thorough conservation standards and values to community relations, as well as monitoring the environmental and social impacts of the forest management.
