Lorna Brazell is a consultant at Osborne Clarke, London. Her practice is litigation-based, principally involving patent litigation in the electronic and biotech fields. She has also worked on a variety of issues related to e-commerce, including the establishment of certification authorities, the legal status of encryption technology, and the use of electronic signatures.
