Professor Uma Suthersanen is Professor in International Intellectual Property Law, at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary, University of London. She is the Editor of the European Copyright and Design Reports (Sweet & Maxwell) and is the current Vice-Chairman of the British Literary and Artistic Copyright Association and an Executive Committee Member of the Association Litteraire et Artistique Internationale (ALAI).
